Chester’s Alstede Farms opens sunflower maze for the second year in a row

Chester’s Alstede Farms sunflower maze is open for the second year.

For the next two weeks, visitor’s can meander through the sunflowers, and learn about the history of Alstede Farms. 

Turn the corners of the maze to take photos of the spectacular sunflowers in bloom.

Navigating the maze takes you and your family on a pathway to outdoor fun on the beautiful, 372-acre, preserved farmland. 

Find your way to the center where you can view the sunflowers from a higher vantage point on a raised platform bridge. 

Alstede Farms is the first in northern Jersey to open a sunflower maze. 

The sunflower heads will be for sale at our farm store.

The sunflower maze is open every day from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m., and is included with the price of the "Pick Your Own" admission and hay wagon rides. 

Enjoy the sunflower maze free Monday through Thursday mornings from 9 am to noon.

Admission for Monday through Thursday afternoons is $5 per person, noon to 6 p.m.; Friday is $5 per person all day; and for Saturday and Sunday is $6.99 per person all day.
