Orchid club meeting at Flat Rock Brook Nature Center, Englewood April 20

The Ramapo Orchid Society will hold its monthly meeting  7 p.m. Thu., April 20 at the Nature Center on Van Nostrand Avenue in Englewood.

Scheduled speaker is Marc Hachadourian, director of the Nolen Greenhouses for Living Collections and Curator of the Orchid Collection at New York Botanical Garden. His topic will be “Orchid Hunting in Colombia.”

The orchid club welcomes all interested orchid growers  – from one plant, to experts.  Every meeting starts with refreshments and a “show table” with plants we bring in to discuss. We often have orchids for sale at very reasonable prices.
