Pollinator event Sept. 6 in Wayne

Butterflies and bees are suffering from disease and loss of habitat, but these little creatures play an important part in the ecosystem. 

Rutgers master gardeners has made it apriority to plant flowers and greenery that are great for pollinators.

Take a tour of the pollinator garden 11 a.m. Thu., Sept. 6 at Preakness Healthcare Facility, 305 Oldham Road, Wayne and learn how to build a garden that provides food, shelter, and nesting for our pollinator friends.
